I went in for maintenance on my car that was under warranty. Joshua kept insisting that I had to pay for services. He would not show me paperwork where I previously authorized under warranty maintenance. Joshua then humiliated me in the customer service lounge. He kept stating I owed an exorbitant amount of money to have my radio replaced. He held my keys hostage until I paid $609 for a repair that was covered under my warranty.

The check in process was very slow. The customer service was lacking. I was asked to fix more than I came in for. I was charged upon checkout and then called the next day to give my credit card information over the phone because they didn’t charge me enough when I checked out. Overall not a good experience.

It was good. Would have liked to have Joshua tel out my name when my car was ready. He sent a text instead and I was sitting right there, but I didn’t know that his text meant that my car was done. I didn’t see anyone bring him the keys. I was sitting right there. It was 20 minutes later when I asked if we were getting close to being finished. (I was very polite about it) he apologized that he did not say my name out loud when my car was finished.

Was told the cost would be $400. I asked why it isn't covered and then was told there was no charge. Told the wait would be 2 hours. After 2-1/2 hours I walked to the front desk. I saw my car sitting in front. The person we were dealing with called me by a different name. I said no and pointed to my car and asked if it was ready. He said yes, handed me the key and said he would send the receipt. I asked if all was ok and he said yes. The staff usually discuss what was done and what may be needed. I found a small receipt in my car indicating some checks were done at 11:20. I received a text at 4pm, 3 hours later, saying my car was ready for pick up and I owe $40. I've not experienced such confusion before from this location. Hopefully this isn't the direction the dealership is heading.
