I made the appointment because of a recall notice. Understanding the part could’ve been back ordered, when I made the appointment I asked the service representative if there was availability for the part yeah so I could bring it in. The service rep gave me an appointment so I assumed the part was there. I took the time to bring it in, drop it off, but when I picked it up, I was told the part was not available. it seems the service reps could be a little bit more informed. P. S. I have brought my car in for other service, and have always been satisfied. Just wanted to point this out for future references.
