I was given an estimate by Richard to replace the 2 tires for 429.99 and since I purchased the other 2 tires from the dealer I was told by I will get a free alignment and tire rotation. However when I agreed next day to replace tires, the representative Tim received an updated version that include 129 alignment fee. This was not what was communicated and its not what I was given in my printout paperwork.
The other problem was no loaner available and the poor communication of when my car would be ready. The changes in the estimate provided was not professional either and its poor customer service by Honda.

Tim and the service he provided was EXCELLENT! I have always received excellent customer service from Weir Canyon Honda Service department and even the Sales department. My only complaint this time was the poor phone system. Going around and around in the system is not good, nor is going from Honda to Acura and then have to be transferred back to Honda again. This in No way reflects on the staff at either dealership nor their excellent customer service once I was able to get a live person. This goes to more of the Owner/Management and their choice of automated call trees. I think it was far better when calling and getting the receptionist/operator to direct the call or even their ability to give the status of repairs while Service Advisors are busy assisting customers in person.
