I am deaf - there were some problems and service rep said he tried calling me. I’m pretty sure he was aware if me issue. When he didn’t reach me he should have texted It was very annoying to have had to make two trips to the dealership to do an interview for the explanation.

While Joshua got me through the transaction.. it was a bad experience. I was told my key would be $136. When Joshua pulled up the situation the price was double. The key to be programmed was an additional $100. I’ve gotten 3 keys in 8 years and this has never happened. The parts guy never told me there was an additional huge fee .. he did say I’d need an appointment and transferred me to a gal who couldn’t answer my questions.. transferred me to a service person “Mark” where I left a message asking about cost and time and never heard back. Joshua said at checkout’ The parts guy did tell you there was a charge for programming the key’ (insinuating I’d lied). Then had 0 sense of urgency to get the part or at least make sure it was quick. He was incredibly uninterested in really helping make it a good experience for me. There were very few customers.. there’s a lot that could’ve gone better.
