I made an appointment and was told less than 2 hours, so I opted to wait. After 2 hours and 40 minutes, I checked in with the service person. He ran around to find out that there was another 40 minutes to an hour more. After about 20 minutes he came and got me and said it was ready. I’m unsure if the recalls were actually fixed because I have no way to tell, but it’s interesting how “all of the sudden” it was ready.
Appointments are made to help everyone out. If there aren’t enough workers, then don’t take so many appointments. If you have a lot of appointments, don’t take walk-ins.

Comments made about you wanting to go home after writing up a certain amount of cars for the day, just didn’t sit well with me. I didn’t get a welcoming feeling or that you were eager to provide exceptional service.
And even though I saw my car was parked relatively close, I would have appreciated at least being directed to where it was located. And also had the plastic & paper protectors removed first.
