I was not given consistent updates regarding my car. I dropped it off on Friday July 7th regarding a recall. No estimated time of completion was given so I was car-less for a week. I was not informed my car was ready for pick up until I called in July 14th asking about updates to then be informed oh i can come get it. Looking at the later reports later I don’t see any of the recall issues being addressed either.

Darrell was great but later that day I found a cut in the steering wheel cover that I did not cause. And finger prints on the sun visor that was placed back on. The steering wheel cover was only $13.00 so no real loss. And the finger prints on the visor seemed to clean off ok. I know there is no way to prove the damage as to who caused it or how it was done. But I do know it wasn't me. I didn't call and report it because by the time I discovered the cut and finger prints you were already closed. Thank you.
