I am satisfied with the service I received, however I am not satisfied with Honda not having parts available when there are known problems and or recalls. It’s very hot and I use my car to travel daily at work, my air conditioner is not working properly and I have to wait an entire month just to get a part, knowing there’s an issue with the specific model. Why doesn’t Honda have these in stock? Additionally I was notified in March that there’s a recall on the fuel pump, this part still is not in and available to install. This is very disappointing. Does Honda have some sort of a rental program? My main area to work is in the Palm desert area and it’s 110, I can’t drive there with no air conditioning so I’m limited in what I can do for work. Summer will be over in a month! Honda knows this is an issue! Marc was nice to work with.

Not super thrilled with Honda service to be honest. We have always had Toyotas/Kia so I can only compare. When I received my car back it was dirtier than When I left it there. Not sure why you guys don’t run a quick power wash on a car before giving it back to the customer. A lot do this and being in the auto business ourself anytime a car gets serviced they also get a wash. I also had dirt marks on the inside of the car and not sure how that happened.
The usb plug itself is still glitching. I’m starting to think this is just a Honda issue because the loaner that you guys gave me did the exact same thing a few times. The “fix” has helped not do it as much but when we drove it yesterday it did it 3 times and the phone was just sitting on the charger. Seem like a hazard to have to worry about that when using the navigation. Which i also want to add wasn’t disclosed when we purchased this car. CarPlay only works with the usb being connected and not off Bluetooth. My Kia even worked with Bluetooth. I would def never purchase a car with usb only for CarPlay so lesson learned on our end.
