I have told the advisor that there was a noise in my air conditioner when i turned it on, he said ok he'd have it checked out proceeded to say possible leave or something might have gotten it there and became stuck. typng in the computer the service for the oil change I assumed he was putting about the air conditioner. My mistake for assuming.When he returned the car all done everything checked out, again I assumed him being a man of his word everything check out and was good.When driving I turned the air conditioner on and the noise began.it is not a loud noise,but a noise all the same. couldn't go back need to pick my grand children. I had hear over the weekend some not so good news about honda service.I explain I've have never had a bad experience with honda. we have been a honda family for about 35 years. So having heard the not so good news and then,my experience, yet not as bad as their. None the less I hope things resolve for honda and return to the great company I've delt with all these.If the noise continues or increase I will be taking it back.

The reason I was not satisfied overall is that I think it is poor taste on the part of whoever sits in the office behind the service desk and proudly displays the MAGA hat. Kind of odd. Kind of offensive. Surprised Honda is ok with that. We won’t be back.

Then you returned my car with visible stains on the passenger seat when it’s a brand new car then when you went to correct that you still returned it back dirty and it needed to be corrected again
Upon driving off, the calibration sensor went off on my tire gauge saying air pressure low and it needs to be calibrated
There was no courtesy wash or vacuum
When I asked the advisor how long it would be, he would about an hour and 40 minutes I ended up waiting two and A half hours, then I needed more time to wait for the see to be cleaned then more time trying to find a gas station to fix the low tire pressure and then figure out how to calibrate it on my own
