The service was great. The quote was the issue. Call a week before and ask a general price for an A1234 service and was told about $1200 to 1250. The bill was closer to $1400. This is a major service and wanted to make sure we were financially capable for this service. The extra left us short. Again, I don't mind making the commitment but I wasn't ready for the overage.
