The one minor area of dissatisfaction I had was that I was told I'd get as call on Wednesday but never got one. I had to call in the early evening to get a status on my vehicle and to learn that it had been diagnosed. That was a bit disappointing.

I loved and appreciated the friendly, welcoming, fast and efficient service provided to me in serving my vehicle and getting it back to me. The only thing I was expecting was that since the vehicle was brought in for full, that would have been washed cleaned before it was brought back to.
