I had a 9:00am appointment for an express service. I had to wait 25 minutes for a service rep to help me, and that was because I went in and asked if someone could help me. I was very annoyed and dissatisfied. You need to hire more help if necessary.

I was told that it would be about a 90 minute wait for my car and it was 2 hours 20 minutes. I had to ask once when it would be ready. This is not typical for your service department, they are usually good about getting service done by the estimated timeframe.
