The wait time before a service advisor comes to your car is unacceptable for repeat customers. I had a scheduled appointment - yes I arrived 20 minutes late but had to wait a further 25 minutes before an advisor approached my car. I was the only car waiting (the one before me had two people addressing her). Out of frustration, asked an employee if anyone was working to which she replied they are - you do realize anyone can see through the windows all the service advisors and this was a rhetorical question? Where’s the customer service training to at least apologize for the wait time? It was non-existent. I was about to just drive off and take my business elsewhere for all my cars serviced. If Mark Juban hadn’t been the only advisor to approach me for why I came in for service, I would’ve already left. Once Mark handled what I needed, everything was good. The biggest concern is the wait before a service advisor approached me - what’s the point of an appointment if there’s no follow through on your end?
