Mike was ready when I arrived, even though I was late for my appointment time. He offered to Uber me home or to a close shopping center. I decided to wait for my vehicle. It was to take about 4-5 hours but was ready in less than 3 hours. Mike had 2 mechanics work on replacing both ball joints so that my car would be ready sooner. I really appreciated that very much!
