Overall great experience . IJsselmeer an issue when I dropped off my car at 7:21am this morning . I understand I was the third car in line. The two attendant acknowledged me and took care of the other two cars. Then came to me me and said “hold tight and we will be right with you”. I proceeded to sit in my car for nearly ten minutes waiting for someone to help me. I understand a couple minutes, but sitting in front for ten minutes l, just sitting there watching these two guys just hanging out while I have a job that I can’t be late for. I teach elementary school. You can just show up late.
I then got out of my car and asked if someone can help me, i have to get to work . Soon after, a guy, Mark, showed up and took good care of me and got me out asap.
If I hadn’t gotten out out my car to pursue this, it could have been even longer, it was very frustrating for me and left thinking I should find a new place to service my family’s cars.

I brought my 1995 Honda Civic Vx car for an intermittent problem- especially happened after driving for a few miles. Mark told me that it would be difficult to diagnose unless they could repeat it. I agreed and price quoted was $150. I did not have a ride to home so they arranged Uber at their expense. They kept my car for two days and drove twice for ~ 12 miles but could not repeat the problem. They did not charge me any money for all the labor and Mark was super courteous during all my interaction with him. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a wonderful service from a car dealer for such an old car.
