Madaline was understanding, kind and helped me with my frustrations of trying to book online and through the chat option. Being from Ohio the online would not let me complete booking an appointment online. The chat person said I can help you however much faster if I book myself online…. After 3 msg in service general voice mail with NO return call and many attempted tries online I drove to the dealership and booked an appt. In person. Thank you Madaline. I appreciate you Madaline.
