It was my first visit there for service so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I pulled into the service lane and literally sat in my car for more than 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. I understand things get busy, but I had an appointment and I would have been totally understanding if someone had at least said they’d be with me soon. Instead I felt invisible and unwelcome. Mike apologized for the wait and he was pleasant, but being completely ignored for so long initially was annoying . I had never been ignored like that at the Ford dealer I previously worked with so it was unexpected to be treated that way by ‘helpful’ Honda. Very disappointing.

Had scheduled an appointment for service on my vehicle via the phone. That experience wasn't the greatest. I wasn't able to get a hold of a live person. It took me numerous attempts. Kept ringing and would go to voice. I couldn't even get a operator either. I was going to schedule an appointment via online but system didn't allow to input the service and rate I wanted. Finally got a live person and they assisted me in scheduling an appointment and the service/ price option i was seeking. I arrived for my appointment today. I noticed it was busy and waiting a few minutes. Once I got assisted I communicated what I was there for. The representative wS friendly and assisted me. He was excellent in customer service. The experience was great.
