Maddie is kind and empathetic. She advocated for me, got me a loaner with ease, and expressed accountability for the multiple problems my certified preowned car has had from day one. I was relieved to be helped by a woman, because the men at your dealership have straight up lied to me in the past and I’ve had to pull out literal receipts of car maintenance to prove them wrong, and they still never expressed accountability. I still can’t recommend this dealership to anyone, but I can recommend Maddie if you are forced to come here. She’s great.

Maddie was great, but the cost of service seemed a bit high. This is two straight trips in that seemed too high. We’ve had all our cars from you guys since mid 80s and have had service always with you, but now we are retired and I don’t know if I can afford it anymore.
