Jesus thoroughly explained all the services my car required, applied the discounts and told me how long this effort would take. He also reminded me of the fuel pump recall and how necessary the charge was needed. He also checked if parts were available.
He took the time to physically show me how some external lights which I had asked him about.

The fact that I was trying to be told to get my air conditioner deodorized is frustrating that they said it should happen every 30k miles. My car is at 64k miles and have never been serviced like that before. There was no explanation as to why it was not done beforehand. There seems to be not accountability to what happens and why. It also should be explained what it is, I shouldn’t have to ask every time what each item is and it feels like an upsell each time.
