The wait / quoted time of 3 hours turned into over 8 hours. It ruined my entire schedule for the day, and severely impacted my work. And when I tried to call to get in touch with anyone regarding the status of my vehicle, there were no answers - this was me calling multiple times throughout the day. I should’ve been quoted a more accurate time so I could’ve planned accordingly and accommodations could’ve been made.

The service specialist was extremely helpful and listened to my issue.
I always prefer to have my Honda and Acura worked on by the best!
He also informed me that even though the battery which I had bought from this dealership over 4.5 years ago, he informed me it could be pro-rated and the new battery was installed quickly and at half the cost.
