I had an appointment to bring in my car to have the front license plate bracket installed, and other things. I also mentioned that I was hearing a whistling sound through the driver side door and asked for that to be looked at. The service rep called me to ask where the license bracket was and I told him it was in my trunk. He claimed it wasn’t there and was going to see if someone had misplaced it. A few hours later, he called to let me know that my car was ready but no mention of the bracket not being missing so I thought it was found. When I picked up my car my paperwork had the bracket listed, so again I thought it was done. As I turned the corner, I hear something sliding around in my trunk and it was the license plate bracket exactly where I said it was and I don’t even think the whistling sound was checked because it wasn’t on my paperwork and I can still hear it. I have another appointment this Saturday morning, so I’m hoping that everything I need done gets done.

My Wife had just paid to have the car detailed the day before. When I picked it up from you immediately I noticed that both mirrors had tons of greasy fingerprints all over them. After I got home I noticed greasy fingerprints all over the door pillars and on some of the door handles. Also whoever sat on the passenger side during the test drive left greasy fingerprints on the inner door panel and seat adjustment switch. We also noticed that we had a new circular indentation on the plastic bumper which my wife claims was never there.

Don’t believe it was Josh’s fault but I had to wait over 3 hours for routine maintenance to be done even though I had an appointment. Had I known that I would have scheduled a different day.
Is there a way you can estimate the wait time when booking on line?

Every time I pull into the drive for service, I'm told by the lot attendant to wait in the car.
This is with an appointment.
So, I wait in the car. Then it's been too long to keep idling. So eventually I shut off the car because nobody has come.
By this time I open my driver door since it's hot. Still nobody comes.
Today, after 15 minutes of that, I'm at the point where I go inside I pick up parts for my service ahead of time while waiting for somebody to come.
So today, now I can clearly be seen putting parts for service in the passenger seat.
By this time it's been 34 minutes and I'm now standing outside the car staring straight into the service advisors desk area, and they are all coming out and assisting costumers who arrived after me and are behind me.
After all that, and being ignored while I'm clearly visible, I walk in and ask directly to them all, "Is somebody going to check me in." And then the service advisor who ended up helping me out has thy audacity to ask, "For which car?"
By now I'm outside again and it takes another 5-10 minutes for the guy to come out.
My car wasn't even pulled back to the bay area until 1:42 when my appointment was at 1:00 PM.
Also, this has happened once before.
Honestly, if you treat customers of certain ethnic background or appearances this way, I'm going to have no choice but to leave a 1-star review on Google.
And no, your surrounding community does not scare me. What are they going to do? Lynch me?
