Dropped off the car at 830am. I was informed it would be completed by 1pm. When I called at 1pm I was told it was not ready. That’s is completely fine. I called multiple times I was not able to get anyone on the line. I called the main number. I texted before I came at 4pm to pickup the car was not ready. I was told it would be ready by 5 on sat. The service closes at 5 so if I didn’t come I would not have car until Monday morning.
The communication much to be desired on this service call.
