As per usual, Marc took care of all my car’s needs. All the 30+ years I have not only purchased but had my car serviced at Weir Canyon Honda and for a number of years on the Acura side, I have had excellent and quality service. Since Marc has joined your team, he has been an excellent asset to your company. He is very welcoming, professional and friendly from the minute he inquires about my car’s potential needs. He is confident and knowledgeable as he determines the best solution and service. Should I need transportation, early on was a shuttle for my transport to and from my home if I so needed and this time, as I had dropped the car off, he called for a Lyft to transport me to the dealership. If I ever had questions, I could always stop by or call. Marc has always been a tremendous help. My current car is a Hybrid and I have questions. In my humble opinion, Marc is one of the best employees !! Without rambling on much more, and as this is probably my last service call before I relocate to Colorado, I want to thank Weir Canyon Honda, the Service Dept, Marc Wiseman, and all the employees for helping me and thousands or millions of satisfied customers throughout the years. Your team is the best. Believe me, as a faithful customer for service, I have had opportunities to observe all the employees working as one large team. When I asked you at noon how soon my car would be ready—I realy don’t think anyone had looked at it yet. You came back w a photo showing rodents chewing at the fuel line. But the first bill you showed me did not mention that work. Now how can I tell you if I’m happy w the repairs? I haven’t had a chance to drive it very far.
