Michael Tran gave excellent customer service! I had an appointment at 10:30 and he was able to get my car in and out at good time. Very good communication through out the whole process of my car getting serviced. I had a little incident as leaving, which was a traumatizing experience. I came back and he was able to assist me right away even the fact he was already done with my car. He pretty much helped me right away and had another service worker assist. Again fast fix just to get me out, but also made sure I was okay from it all. Thank you Michael and Honda Weir Canyon!

My dissatisfaction is not aimed at anyone in particular, but with Honda in general. I’m a long time customer and have been treated poorly by Honda in trying to get my 2025 CRV breakdown issue correctly diagnosed and fixed. I’ve not had my vehicle for two weekends in a row now because of this ongoing issue. I purchased my vehicle at Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina. This is where I took the vehicle when it first broke down. They “fixed” it saying it was a fuse issue. When it broke down again the following weekend I was in Anaheim Hills so had it towed to Weir because it was the closest dealership. Weir diagnosed the issue as faulty wiring of a brake accessory which is not under warranty. My husband then drove it to Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina where he explained what the Weir people diagnosed. I didn’t request this accessory and didn’t know it was installed. My vehicle is still there and this issue remains unresolved.
