When I have the time I will submit a “formal complaint” If you don’t know something, don’t assume- ASK QUESTIONS. Don’t make assumptions. Assume you’re being watched and hold yourself accountable. I expect better from a building filled with grown men being PAID. I have an interlock device on my car; if you chose to take the car in to service it without asking questions about a legally implicating device you best be ready to face consequences when you’ve ruined something for someone. This cost me $80 on surface level to fix a mistake your technicians CHOSE to make. They willfully ignored the fact that they didn’t know what they were doing and when facing ME in a position where they could simply apologize/take accountability this man had the audacity to say “oh idk” Train me for a month; I guarantee I’ll do his job 100x better- you have my information if you want to take me up on this thanks. Or if the spot needs a GM that actually keeps their workers acting respectably????‍♀️
