Mike was very accommodating & excellent,as were all who attended me. However, when I checked my car after the coating had been applied I noticed smears on the painted surfaces & fingerprints on the black surfaces as well as over spray that hadn't been wiped. There was also a bird drop left on the windshield that was there before I left the car. How is that possible if the car was washed? It cost a lot for that coating, but I feel was not done well.
