I had very bad experience with Mariela Valdez. She confirmed that service department checked my car but couldn't find any problem even though I showed her the problem in front of her. Also normally after the service my car was cleaned except this time. She kept telling me my car was already cleaned the day before even thogh there were white writing mark on the window, alot of dirt inside and outside of my car. I have all pictures. I asked her to check my tire. She said there is no problem. But the air is still leaking. Normally I get a paper after the service. This time nothing. She gave me my key and uncleaned my car. No explanation. Very bad experience ever.
