I had an appointment for 11am. Showed up 5 mins early and was greeted and the wait was about an hour long. After about an hour and a half I noticed my car parked outside and 2 people that had came in after me had left already. I asked how much longer and they responded with “about 15-20 min” after going outside and checking on it. Then is when I saw someone get in my car and move it inside to finally be worked on. It didn’t seem like that busy of a day; but my question is why do I have to make an appointment if I’m still going to be waiting 2 hours for a 20 min service?
