When dropping off my vehicle, the lady assisting me wasn’t helpful in explaining why I was being asked to sign multiple times and seemed bothered when I asked her to place the iPad on the counter so I could better review and sign. I would find it more helpful and better service, if someone explained what was being requested and the reason, as well as asking for preference on completing the signatures.
When my vehicle was ready, I was told that the multipoint inspection found areas of concern. I asked what these were and was instructed to read the report that was texted to me. The link loaded blank and I shared that with the staff. The staff offered to print me a copy, but later told me that a glitch in the system was not allowing for it. The staff committed to sending the report today. I have not received it. I have texted the person back requesting this information and have received no acknowledgement.
I was also given the key to my car and was told it had been pulled up outside the door. My car was not near the doors, but near the entrance to the garage parked closed to wall. When I pointed that out, I was told it was told it was outside.
I found the overall service experience to be lacking in care and attention.

My experience with Enrique was frustrating. I felt talked down to and that my concerns were not taken seriously. When I shared past experiences, I felt interrogated rather than supported. He was dismissive and condescending throughout the entire check I process. When I inquired about the warranty, he brushed it off and said “we get paid either way so why would we overcharge you”. I would expect a higher level of professionalism, empathy, and clear communication from a service advisor.

I commend the excellent service of the service manager, as well as the entire team. Because of the issue with my car, the service manager saw to it that my car was serviced even though they were under staffed, and I didn’t have an appointment, which is required for Saturdays.
