My appointment was at 4:30pm. I was told my car would be ready un an hour an 45 min. It was almost 6:30pm and someone walked by and asked what I was waiting for. I explained my car is being serviced and said everyone in service leaves at 6. Someone eventually got my car and said it was done. I left without paperwork or explanation regarding something I asked about. It wasn't the wait or time, it was the lack of communication that makes it frustrating. If someone didn't ask what I was doing there I would've been there a long time and not have my car to get home.

I am very pleased with the service. Candice was very responsive and communicated clearly each time. She even got me a loaner vehicle seamlessly and coordinated a shuttle from the dealership as well. This made it very convenient for me.
