This has been the most frustrating experience. Between the total lack of communication and being talked down to, I may never go back here for service. My brakes still squeak at times, and can be extremely loud when they do. But I was continuously told it was "normal" and to essentially deal with it. I'm sorry but a car with 6000 miles on it shouldn't sound like it does. I will take my business somewhere else and hope they will treat me with more respect than I was there by some of the advisors and manager.

I would like to thank Moe jaber he always take care of me when I take my car in. I told him what was the problem. He made sure that it was taken care of. This is my mother‘s car she left for me. She passed away last year Moe always make sure that when this car was taken care of he is a great person in this company should be grateful because this kindness and thoughtfulness carries a long way. I don’t know about the service. The mechanic did I didn’t clean my engine very well, but there’s another subject, but all I know is that moe make sure that my car is taken care of. I even told him that I’m going to travel to Utah and he told me everything is good. All I want to say is I’m so grateful to moe it’s took care of me.
