Hemanshu Bagga is my favorite service representative bar none in all my dealings with service departments in the Cerritos Auto Square. He’s been fair, honest, explanatory, and quick to return calls. His communicativeness alone is notable, but combined with the fact he’s genuine and personable that just makes him aces at his work. I’m truly glad to hear of his promotion to Service Manager at Norm Reeves Hyundai. It gives me confidence in the service director and Hyundai management that they see and respond well to exemplary employees.

They set me up for an appointment a week in advance, but when I arrived to get my recommended service, your service dept. told me we can’t diagnose any of my issue even though the Service Dept. knew a week in advance.
