Cheyne Riggs was very professional and responsive. I was disappointed with the Garden Grove dealership because my car spent close to four months in service but continued to have an oil leak. Cheyne got my car diagnosed in a quickly fashion and alerted me to a workmanship error created by the prior dealership. Unfortunately I had to return to the prior dealership to get the issue fixed. I wish I didn’t have to as the service with Cheyne was superb.

I noticed that I was the only person in waiting seat. I feel that service advisor should have notified me if it takes time for over an hour longer than expected.
