Jayden was absolutely wonderful this is in no way shape or form a reflection on thier service. However, the state I received my vehicle back in was absolutely disgusting. It’s heartbreaking and disconcerting that obviously my car was being used as break room and employees were eating and changing the settings on my radio and more. I brought my car in with under 1500 miles for a recallMy car doesn’t even smell new anymore it smells like an old family van. I haven’t even personally sat on the leather seats. I’ve been leaving a plastic cover to preserve them, but that was completely disregarded and all of the features in my car were being used by random strangers. There’s a seat that neither me or my husband has ever sat in the back. It was leaned all the way back and left muddy footprints, crumbs, grease stains, and drink residue in the cupholder. There’s absolutely no reason for anyone to have been in the backseat. I understand that someone would need to drive the vehicle in the front seat however crumbs embedded in the seat muddy footprints grease streaks crumbs drink residue, old tissues and I had left my radio on Sirius but it was changed to power 106 and the bass an treble settings were pushed all the way up with the volume set very high. The cargo net was taken halfway down bottom half and scuffed the back mat. Clearly, this was the employee break room for the past three weeks. It feels like a violation of trust as I was expecting the same care I show my car to be shown back to me. it’s disrespectful and very upsetting. I let the service employees know and they will be detailing my vehicle and filling the tank but it’s still a tough situation to experience. This was my first new car ever saved up a lot of money and made careful decisions. I was the first driver of the car there was only 10 miles on it when we got it. It’s just really difficult to take. This makes me reconsider the search for a second Hyundai a sonata my husband was considering because of the lack of care and makes me question the quality of work that was performed as well. I will be in on Monday to get the promised detailing but the upsetting feeling will take way more time to get over.
