I realize as a customer I failed to hold up my end of the bargain when it came to bringing my vehicle back at 1000 miles for the oil consumption test, however Paul did not fail to tell me how I basically “screwed up” the test and now Hyundai doesnt know what they will do for my vehicle.
Nonetheless Hyundai did ask that I come back, which im appreciative for. Paul could have shown a bit more understanding, him punching his fist against his palm wasn’t necessary either.
