Spoke with management about my tires not being rotated. I always mark a certain tire before dropping off to ensure this is accomplished and the marked tire was in the same location when I picked up the truck. I declined having them rotated due to time constraints. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened at Santa Maria Ford.

Patrick was fantastic! Helped me get the information I needed in 5 minutes. He’s been very communicative since. I was not going to continue with the dealership because the other customer service person never sent me the information that I had requested over a period of 6 days. That included me calling everyday to request it. I reached Patrick and he had me setup and ready in 5 minutes. I will continue coming to the Ford dealership but only if Patrick is there.
