Victor was a good person helping but this Ford dealership has been the worst in all my experiences. There is always issues with this dealership. After I got my oil changed, it started leaking the next day. When I called to complain, the person had the nerve to say “my boys are about to head home (this was 40 mins before they were due to close). He asked me to bring it in on Monday (2 days later). If I am telling u that there is an issue, good customer service would have said bring the truck in so we can fix what we messed up. Horrible experience everytime at this dealership and I will be calling corporate.
