When I scheduled my service appointment I was offered a car wash which I agreed to however when I picked up my truck it did not get washed. Not a big deal but if it was offered it would be nice to get it.

Victor received me on time, checked in with me in the waiting room and advised me that I needed new battery and air filter. Also told me I would need new rear brakes in about 6 mos. My car was washed and I drove away feeling that I and my car were well taken care of.
