It took 2 hours to do a oil change. Two days before that I took my wife’s car to Toyota to do a oil change it took an hour.

My truck was leaking oil and left a big oil stain on my drive way. Had to come back to the dealership… was given an excuse that did not match up with the amount of oil or duration (over 2 days). I was told my truck would be ready by the time I got off work and it was not. The truck was dropped off the night before prior to 5 so it was there all day on the day of the service and it wasn’t ready until 5 for pick up. It seems like the last two times I’ve brought my truck to you guys something has gone wrong. Very minimal contact and I had to call multiple times to talk to someone… nobody ever got back to me when I sent a message
