The simple oil change costed 44% MORE than quoted, WHY???
The promised hand wash & vacuum WAS NEVER PERFORMED, WHY NOT???
And my truck was returned to me with GRIMY FILTHY HAND PRINTS ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE HOOD!
If you're going to get your grimy prints on my truck at least have some class and clean up your mess, duh!
