Michael helps me out always when I bring my car in for service. He greets me with a smile and we joke around with each other. I would like to thank everyone in the service department, including the guy who washes my car. It’s such a welcoming environment and amazing hospitality! First Micheal Francis didn’t help me a lady used his computer therefore his name is on my ticket. Second there was an available discount that she didn’t apply to my oil change price. Third I stood at the door 3+minutes before being assisted when the lady was sitting at her desk when I walked in. I was greeted by Micheal whom was helping another customer immediately. So this time I was not completely satisfied for the reasons listed above.
