Also I didn’t mention I was there from 7:30-1:30 getting the oil leak fixed and not one time did anyone from service check on me or tell me what was going on … I had to go ask ! I feel I wasn’t treated like a valued customer for the 2nd time while in your dealership … the 1st time I came for service everyone was offered a complimentary Carwash and I wasn’t I had to ask for one … today the fact my motor could have blown was no concern .

I travel from Mobile, AL to my hometown with yall to service my Honda I was so pleased.

Where do I start ????? I brought my 2021 Honda Accord in about 4 or 5 weeks ago form today for a oil change and was having a popping noise on the driver side wheel , was told I need a strut and it had to be ordered (which wasn’t the problem ) . On I think 6/11/21 I called to see if it had come in yet( mine you this was 4-5 weeks from bring my car in for the oil change ) to be told it was on back order but it came in 2 days ago so why wasn’t I called and told it was in ? ( poor customer service that’s why !!!!! ) on 6/13/22 I brought it back in to have the strut put on only to have them tell me the car was still making the noise , so they kept my car till 6/15/21 … 3 days only to tell me that it’s wear and tear ON A CAR ONLY A YR AND A HALF OLD … I’m not believing that , if so in 5 years my $42000.00 car will have the finders falling off I guess (haha) . So here we are today 6/17/21 I have to take my car back in because it’s now making a new noise (something scraping on the driver side wheel ) the problem was my break shield was bent and rubbing up against my rotor now had they driven my car after putting a strut on they would have known this right? right!!!! I do not trust BOB BOYTE !! I will be taking my car to a different Honda dealership to get the popping noise fixed and will not Recommend BOB BOYTE!!

I’m very happy with the service from, your dealership. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service technician did a quick once over on my car and made me aware of a problem I didn’t know about. I believe your service is honest and fair I, didn’t feel like I was ripped off and, I hope it stays that way. It’s not easy finding an, honest business.
