Jason was great, our experience was very positive. We were very impressed with the dealership as a whole.. Also , we did look at the new Accords. I was told by my salesperson that the first oil change would be complimentary, but I was charged $48. Not very happy at all about that or by the way the service guy mansplained to me why it was not a complimentary service. He called my salesperson “crazy.”

Jason was friendly and straightforward. Would definitely appreciate his being my service rep on my next scheduled-maintenance visit. Side note: The UDPCSI survey website is not secure (i.e. doesn't use HTTPS) and thusly causes various web browsers to strongly advise not visiting the site.
