I’m okay with the service adviser, but not okay with the service itself because I don’t believe my AC is working correctly. It should not take 20-25 minutes for it to get cold it is a 2021 vehicle with only 5,000 miles. The AC in the front and rear doesn’t work properly and I believe something needs to be done to fix it.

I filled out my own paperwork on arrival not a big deal. My key was lost at pick up. Cashier had a I don’t care attitude about losing my key. Asked a the service desk what happens when a key to a vehicle gets lost. Ladies also had a I don’t care attitude. It took me over a month to get the appointment on a weekend in the first place. Then a lot of I don’t know for answers. If my oil change was not free I would not go to your dealership again. But I’ll be back only for the free service. I guess I can’t complain as they say you get what you pay for.
