Chris took care of my concerns. I brought my truck if for a weak brake pedal, Chris and the tech could not duplicate the issue I was having but opened a case with gm and were told to replace the master cylinder out of concern for safety. The repair appears to be good, the pedal feels great and have not noticed any of the previous symptoms since pick up. Thank you, Chris, for excellent service.

Doug service manager refused to work on my 2012 Chevy Equinox because it was a salvage title. I don’t know if there is a policy to check car title before working on the vehicle. Don’t know about this policy to repair vehicle only at Paradise dealership I will be writing to corporate office for additional information on policy before working on vehicles. I never had such a terrible outcome at a dealership.
