I was so impressed with the Doug in your service department I’ve only owned the Silverado for a few days and we had a computer issue I was also in the middle of a move so the stress levels were high I was not happy when I had to come in to service with only 400 miles on my new Silverado Doug handled the situation like a true professional he was calm collected walked me through the issue did a complete computer recheck and gave me the car back all within 30 minutes I cannot tell you how impressed I was other than to say great job Doug you guys at Paradise Chevrolet have a diamond in the rough in your service department nowadays bringing a car especially a new car only a few days old to service with an issue can beBecome a really bad situation Doug and Darren handle it from cradle to grave hats off to both thank you so much

Waste of my time had an appointment 7:40am dropped off the truck got a call 3:10pm on a Friday they didn’t have the part. Sadly I had Called the previous week and told part would be in the following week. Poor customer service. Because this is a recall I guess no money to be made. Stuck in Friday traffic to pu my truck that was not serviced. My first experience at this location wouldn’t recommend.

Dont like my window being left open. It allows a lot of dust to enter the vehicle.
There was an issue with the in service date which wasnt discovered until I had checked in at the dealership for ny oil change. Paradise was not able or willing to resolve the issue.
I left and contacted Chevrolet directly and just did the oil change myslef.
