Throughout the previous day, Curtis kept me informed of the status of each of my issues and concerns. I did have a issue that was outside of a regular service
visit. Curtis briefed me regarding what the trouble was and the solution. When all of my service requirements were completed, Curtis called me, explained what had been, and what would need to done during my next service visit. I picked up my car this morning a completely satisfied customer!

I checked in for my appointment on time. I had front brakes pads replaced, rotors turned, and brake fluid exchange. My assigned service advisor checked me in. I told him I would be waiting in the lounge. He took my phone number. I waited approximately 4 hours. Not once did my advisor come and give me an update on the status of my vehicle. I received a phone call telling me my vehicle was ready. I noticed other advisors talking to customers and letting them know what’s going on with their vehicle. This was the first time this has ever happened to me. He could’ve at least given me an update once. I am vaccinated and I had my mask with me. I’m not trying to get my advisor in trouble by no means, nor did we have any issues. He did explain it could take up to 3 hours for the work to be completed. However, I am a paying customer like every other customer that was there. Some customer service in regards to my vehicle status while I was waiting, would’ve been appreciated. At any rate, the waiting area was welll maintained and the complimentary bottled water in the refrigerators was great. Overall, I am satisfied with service performed on my vehicle.

The dealership was very busy today, but Chris got to me promptly and provided a quick diagnosis. He also confirmed that our extended warranty would cover the repairs. He notified us shortly after the repairs were completed so we were able to get the car back, fixed, the same day. We were very happy with his service!
