John Hernandez has been my service rep every time I take my truck in. He is always takes his job serious and is a complete professional. During this incident, my truck roughly 4 weeks to fix and dealing with Allstate on extended warranty. During this time John did a great job dealing with Allstate and getting my truck repaired even after dealing with them making it difficult. Also keeping me informed almost daily on the repair status. Just wanted to say to John, you do great work and keep up the great job.

I had originally went in for an oil change and when I arrived I asked if your team can look into a couple things such as the rear cadillac symbol that project on the ground and my driver side bottom trim that lights up (when you open the door the inside panel that has the cadillac word on it wasn't lighting up anymore) and I was told your most of your mechanics didn't work today.
