Jeff has always been very professional. Before , during and after this service Jeff was there to answer all my questions. His responses were in detailed yet presented in an understandable “layman’s” manner. I had no clue about the charging issue of a Chevy Volt, but I do now. I have been a Paradise customer since 2000 when we relocated to California. Jeff has been the BEST service representative since handling my account several years ago.
