I am completely satisfied with Jeff and the experience itself. But the scheduling is ridiculous and needs to change. We keep getting 10:30 appointments when lunch is at 11 and work doesn't start until after 12. We asked why they don't give us appointments after lunch. He said because every car that comes in during lunch would have first priority. That makes absolutely no sense at all. If I have a 12:15 appointment I should be served at that time no matter how many people without appointments arrive before me. Someone needs to review the scheduling policy if you care about your customers. By the way I have asked for late morning/early afternoon appointments and was told that wasn't possible because it takes several hours and they need time to work on the vehicle. It only takes several hours for a 90 minute job because they go to lunch while the vehicles sit.

My frustration had nothing to do with Geoff, but everything to do with the person who scheduled my appointment. I understand service is a busy part of the dealership, hence why typically need to book a week or two out. Upon arriving to the dealership this morning, I was checked in and my vehicle was taken back only to find there was no loaner reserved for me. Geoff saw my frustration and tried to offer a solution with a rental through enterprise,however, the rental needed to be back tomorrow morning. In a normal situation this would have worked but I was told that the check engine light I originally scheduled for wouldn’t be address until the following day. I was unable to take the offering as I would have been left without a vehicle for a second day. I do not understand how the loaner/rental was not address, when I was clearly asked if I had a ride or would be waiting for my vehicle and I explained I needed a rental. Also, what is the point of making an appointment if the vehicle wouldn’t be addressed to for the specific issue until the following day. Poor communication on the behalf of the scheduling team, a waste of a trip to the dealer when there is another dealer 5 miles from my house. Again no reflection of Geoff he did everything he could to remedy the situation.
