Chris was very responsive in getting our truck in and out of service in a timely manner. He also kept me updated on what was being done to the truck. Extremely nice and personable. Will definitely work with him in the future.

When I was explaining to him what was going on he never acknowledged me even when I was pointing out where my issue was. Felt like I was treated like just another ticket to deal with and my issues were not really addressed. I was going to be given back my car with a water stain in the ceiling until I complained. My satellite has a daily issue that is not resolved, I will pick it up and guarantee it will not work same day. Customer service for paradise what’s been pretty poor our last few vehicles.
